Yes—ask about labor-only installation. Include the flooring brand, product name, room measurements, and photos of the existing floor.
What should I send for an estimate?
Your town, a description, photos, approximate measurements, and preferred timing. Mention whether materials are already purchased. Some work may need a visit before a final estimate.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. Ask about flooring, repair lists, painting, trim, and turnover work in vacant units. Include the location, access details, scope, and target dates.
Can you handle smaller repairs?
Send your repair list and photos. We’ll discuss whether the work is a fit and what scheduling options are available.
Is removal and preparation included?
That depends on the agreed scope. Tell us about the existing flooring, subfloor condition, furniture, trim, and disposal needs so the estimate can address them clearly.
How do I book a project?
Contact Jonny to review the work and request an estimate. Your project is scheduled after the scope, price, and timing are agreed. An inquiry does not reserve a date.
